Our program is annual, valid from January 1 to December 23 (or last business day) of the same year :

- Each purchase of $50 (before taxes) = 1 Alain Point

- 50 Alain Points = $50 discount on your subsequent order

Points are calculated automatically and there is no limit of $50 discounts to get in one year. Also, many special promotions allow you to accumulate more points more quickly.

Purchasing and Shipping Policy

PURCHASING POLICY :

1-No minimum order is requested.

2-All online purchase orders are pre-authorized on a credit card (Visa or Master Card).

3-Prices can change without notice. 

4-We reserve the right not to sell/ship out products from certain brands near a beauty salon already carrying these products. The purchaser will then be contacted to be notified.

5-Any problem with the parcel or the products must be reported as soon as the order is received.


RETURN POLICY :

6-No return is accepted without our authorization.

7-Unopened products (in intact original packagings): no return is accepted after 30 days of the purchase date.

8-Opened products (in case of defect): no return is accepted after 15 days of the purchase date.

9-No return or exchange on tweezers, high-frequency electrodes, neon lights and articles in liquidation (final sale). 

10-No refund will be made : a credit will be applied on your next purchase.


SHIPPING POLICY :

11-Shipping charges of minimum $18.95 (plus taxes) are applicable with each shipment.

When you buy $500 or more (before taxes) : 1 parcel = no shipping fees / 2 parcels or more = half of shipping fees (shipping in Quebec / not applicable on equipment / certain conditions may apply).

12-Shipping charges may vary depending on the weight and/or volume of the parcel or the location in Canada.

13-Delivery period may vary from one area to another.

14-Shipping in Canada only.
