RefectoCil Lash Perm / Neutralizer

Refill kit for Lash Perm (3.5 ml) and Neutralizer (3.5 ml). For Eyelash Curl or Lift.

Lash Perm :
Place a pea-size amount of Lash Perm into the RefectoCil bowl #1. Using the RefectoCil brush #1, apply a strip of Lash Perm to the middle of the lashes. Allow to work for 8 minutes. 

Neutralizer :
Place a pea-size amount of Neutralizer into the RefectoCil bowl #2. Using the RefectoCil brush #2, apply a strip of Neutralizer to the same area where you applied Lash Perm. Allow to work for 5 minutes.
